Walk 4 PTSD Long Eaton is a circular route that starts and finishes at the Twitchel Inn. The route follows the River Trent to Trent Lock then turns north following the canal to Field Farm Road and then around the outskirts of the town before following the canal back to the start/finish point for a few refreshing drinks to quench your thirst.
The route is approximately 10 miles long on paved roads and canal paths.
The aim is to get as many people to take part as possible and for each person to raise funds for VIA with a target of £50. Take part on this National Initiative to help those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Those reaching the fundraising target of £50 will receive a free event T Shirt.
Together we can help create change by giving up one day to Walk 4 PTSD.
