Walk 4 PTSD Kingston Upon Hull starts on Far Ings Rd on the south side of Humber Bridge with the route continuing by crossing the bridge.
Once over, head for Jean’s Walk, Hessle on the waterfront and then follow the Trans Pennine Trail into Hull and on to the High Street. It then follows the cycle route on to Barkers Breakfast Club on Stockholm Road.
The route is 11.5 miles long on paths and paved paths and is very flat.
The aim is to get as many people to take part as possible and for each person to raise funds for VIA with a target of £50. Take part on this National Initiative to help those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Those reaching the fundraising target of £50 will receive a free event T Shirt.
Together we can help create change by giving up one day to Walk 4 PTSD.
