Walk 4 PTSD Glasgow East to Centre starts near Cambuslang Train Station and heads for the River Clyde. The route the follows the Clyde Walkway into Glasgow City Centre then along Argyle Street and up Buchanan Street and on to George Square for a few light refreshments at the Counting House for all those old enough.
The route is approximately 7.5 miles long on paved paths alongside the River Clyde.
The aim is to get as many people to take part as possible and for each person to raise funds for VIA with a target of £50. Take part on this National Initiative to help those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Those reaching the fundraising target of £50 will receive a free event T Shirt.
Together we can help create change by giving up one day to Walk 4 PTSD.
